Premier Pet Treat Pouch

Are you training your dog?  GOOD!  You will love this.  I have tried several different approaches to holding treats while training, and this is by far the best.  Here are the others I’ve tried:

  • Pants or jacket pocket
  • Tool belt/nail pouch
  • Fanny pack

Here are all the benefits this Premier Pet Treat Pouch has, that the other options don’t:

  • Easy to get treats out quickly – the opening is well shaped so the edges don’t slouch and get in your way.
  • Low risk of spilling – you want your treats to stay in your bag if you lean over, jog, or whatever might move you when you’re training! The bag is designed well, it faces up and does not slouch downward.
  • No messy smelly treat residue in my clothes pockets!
  • I like the belt; others with only a clip aren’t always easy to find a good spot for on my outfit.
  • The material is easy to clean with dish soap, and dries easily, even can be wiped dry.
  • Quick-close (quick tap) is nice because sometimes your dog will sneak her nose into it; it’s nice to just shut it real quick!

I used my Premier Pet Treat Pouch for about 3 years and then the plastic piece that holds the belt broke.  I have lived without the pouch for about a year, and now that I am training regularly again (new dog), I MUST have this pouch again.  I am getting so tired of the alternatives.  Tonight I accidentally spilled treats right out of my fanny pack, and then I promptly sat down to buy a new pouch for myself.  I can’t wait until it arrives in the mail!
